A Note from the Founder

Dear friend,

If you’re here, I want you to know this: your truth matters.

Little Voices of Truth was born from a deep desire to help individuals reclaim what’s already inside them—the truth that they are not defined by trauma, silence, or shame, but by something far greater. Each of us carries a truth worth honoring. Not just the truth of what happened, but the truth that we are still here, still worthy, and still deeply loved.

This isn’t just a mission—it’s a legacy. A legacy for ourselves, our children, and for generations to come. A chance to change the narrative so that no one is afraid to speak up, so that those who report are met with belief and support, and so that our youth—often overlooked—are lifted up with love and purpose.

Whether your life is full of pain, joy, or a mixture of both, you are not alone. My hope is that this space gives you the courage to speak your truth, the support to heal, and the inspiration to live your best, most authentic life.

Because the real truth—the one that changes everything—is this:

You are precious, honored, and deeply loved.

With all my heart,
Tracey

MEET OUR FOUNDER

TRACEY

Founder & Executive Director, Little Voices of Truth

Hello, my name is Tracey—and like many, I know both personally and professionally the lasting impact of abuse and trauma. For years, I defined myself by what happened to me: adopted, abused, best friend to someone who has attempted suicide, loved ones with addictions, divorced.

But deep within me was a quiet voice that reminded me of something more true—that I am not what I’ve been through. That voice, my Little Voice of Truth, whispered the truth that changed everything: I am precious, honored, and deeply loved.

That whisper became a calling.

Little Voices of Truth was born out of my desire to create a space where others could find that same truth within themselves—a place where children and adults alike feel safe, seen, and supported. Where healing is possible, hope is real, and truth is not only spoken but believed.

My journey has included serving as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL), a GAL trainer, Faith-Based Community Relations Manager for Prevent Child Abuse NC, and a member of the New Hanover County Resiliency Task Force. I currently serve as the Director of Business Development in the pharmaceutical development sector and on the Board of Directors for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where I advocate for purpose-driven leadership and faith-based connection. I’ve led trainings and spoken across North Carolina on resiliency, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and the power of hope in transforming lives.

But titles aren’t what matter most.

What matters is this: no matter your past, your pain, or your path—you are not alone. You are not your trauma. Your truth matters. And your truth changes everything.
